Buyer Beware
It has come to the attention of the Australian Cattle Dog Society of Great Britain that a Darran Green ( who may also use Nathan Freeman) and his sister Jodie Green have acquired, from Europe, Cattle Dogs for breeding. They have a long family history of puppy farming and have convictions, Trading Standards took them to court. They have been puppy farmers for years and I’m sure are very convincing to the innocent and unsuspecting. It is most distressing that they have now accessed our breed. Their advertisements make false statements regarding KC documents, health testing and the championship status of the sire.
On one particular occasion a bitch of only 15 months old has been used. Please take the time to read the links.
If you want advice on what to ask, before you answer one of these adverts, look at either the Kennel Club’s or the ACD Society of GB’s websites. Alternatively, message Hilary Powell on Facebook. Never pay a deposit.
It’s worth noting that, in our Breed, the KC Registered Breeders never have the need to use Animal sale sites to sell their pups.
